Shine Illumination began with a passion for the holidays, and it has since grown into one of the largest year-round lighting and display companies in Southern California. We pioneer state-of-the-art concepts that exceed the expectations of our clients by utilizing our experience and knowledge of the industry to deliver effective execution for every project we take on.
Bruce Brenon, CEO and Founder, is originally from Missouri with a background in entertainment and hospitality. After relocating to Southern California, he has worked for the last decade to grow Shine Illumination’s West Coast operation from the ground up, from a few private clients and HOA’s to shopping malls and entire cities. His team of designers, fabricators, installation crews, and office staff service clients all across the nation. Bruce’s passion is solidly embodied in Shine’s ability to create something spectacular for his clients all year long for any event or holiday and his core belief still rings true:
What people see will make them smile; what they feel will make them come back.
A crucial part of business is the ability to quickly adapt to new trends. Fortunately for Shine Illumination, we’re the ones creating the trends.
We love the massive growth of social media advertising because users have found a way to spread our work on every social media channel. What this means to our partners is that they want us to create something for those users to share. They want something that’s going to create a stir that will drive social media traffic to their venue, which in turn drives real traffic their space and that is what we do best. Traditionally, lighting and treatments have been reserved for the holiday ‘peak’ season, which has proven successful over the years. However, venues are now looking to expand that traffic to non-peak seasons. With our ability to create displays year round, our clients are able to fill those seasons with what people are looking for: spectacular evenings, family-oriented activities, memorable events, even inspiring moments.
